A few years ago when I started this lapidary adventure I bought a Very Vintage Highland Park Manufacturing Co. 1960’s Combo Unit.

After scouring the internet for hours and even calling the new Highland Park, no-one seemed to know anything about this unit.

THEN… I found CigarBoxRock Lapidary somewhere. After a few emails and a phone call or two, you had me pointed in the right direction an I was able to not only use this great 1st machine but to upgrade it.

If I didn’t tell you then I want to tell you now, THANK YOU SO VERY VERY MUCH. If I wasn’t able to get that machine working and understand it, I wouldn’t be where I am today. No… making millions wasn’t my objective. My only real objective was to enjoy this expensive hobby to its fullest and create beautiful art. YOU helped me do that. Since that machine, I have bought so much more.

I bought a renewed 24 inch f-56 Frantom approximately 6 years ago and has a considerable amount of varied rock and petrified wood requiring no repair and little maintenance other than filtering the oil and cleaning.

In the past 6 years I have bought saw blades and rock from CigarBoxRock and everything was as Tim said it was.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. The customer service is superb, employees are super helpful and always pleasant. They are always willing to help find products you need and give you the best price. I needed assistance changing my slab saw blade and they spent more than an hour on the phone talking me through the change of my blade and giving additional suggestions on how to check a warped blade. I have called or emailed several times to ask questions about improving my rock skills.
